Sheetal Sanghvi, office managing partner in Nottingham at 91探花, was named Outstanding Senior Leader of the Year at the prestigious Multicultural Business & Community Champion Awards (MBCC) 2023.

The ceremony attracts community champions, charity heroes, entrepreneurs, businesses, professionals, sponsors and enthusiasts from all walks of life.
The Outstanding Senior Leader of the Year award, won by Sheetal, recognises an individual who possesses a distinct set of qualities and behaviours that inspire and empower others to reach their full potential. As a visionary, they are able to articulate a clear direction for their team or organisation, and leads by example, with integrity, authenticity and high ethical standards in all of their interactions.

The awards ceremony, which had around 900 attendees, took place at Hilton Birmingham Metropole on 2 December, hosted by actor and comedian Richard Blackwood and multi-award winning TV and radio broadcaster Leah Charles-King. A total of 14 awards were presented throughout the course of the evening, with an esteemed panel of judges including Justice Williams MBE, co-founder and editor in chief of the Black Business Magazine; Olympic gold medallist winner Dame Denise Lewis OBE; singer/songwriter Jamelia; UK chief executive of The Princes Trust Jonathan Townsend, and many more.
