Biography
Adam’s expertise lies in working with organisations and their Boards to build / enhance their risk management and assurance frameworks. This includes the setting up or refinement of Board Assurance Frameworks, risk appetite methodologies and the general improvement of risk information and how it is reported.
Adam is the lead for RSM’s Insight4GRC software suite in the southern region and London, aimed at enhancing the way clients manage their governance, risk and compliance risk exposures through technology.
Having previously worked in the insurance industry supporting clients with their crisis management and business recovery agendas, Adam can bring a broader organisational resilience and business interruption aspect to the Boardroom.
Adam has presented and facilitated at several industry conferences, including ALARM and Airmic.
