Biography:
Dale is a manager in RSM’s employer solutions team in the North. Dale supports our clients across the region with employment tax compliance and advisory projects, including IR35 and off-payroll labour, employee expenses and benefits (including salary sacrifice), termination packages and other PAYE related matters.
Dale is also part of the National Minimum Wage (NMW) team and has supported a number of clients through HMRC compliance checks, successfully negotiating the final outcome on many of these with HMRC. Dale also supports clients with internal reviews of NMW compliance, guiding them through the introduction of new processes and policies to mitigate NMW risk areas, and has carried out NMW-specific due diligence exercises.
Dale previously trained at a Big 4 firm and is a Chartered Tax Advisor. He has a wealth of experience supporting clients in all areas of employment taxes across a wide range of sectors.
