About Kerrie Willis
Kerrie Willis is a tax director in the employer solutions team, specialising in employee share incentives and reward.
Kerrie helps clients to attract, retain and incentivise their top talent using equity incentives and reward. Kerrie has helped many clients across a range of industries to design and implement share plans.
Kerrie advises on all aspects of implementing incentive plans, including design, valuations, modelling, documentation, tax advice, employee communications, and ongoing compliance.
Kerrie has valuable experience advising clients on the tax implications of their wider employee benefit packages.
Previous career experience Kerrie started her career over 10 years ago in a boutique share plan practice, before joining 91探花in 2016 and obtaining her Chartered Tax Adviser qualification.
Kerri’s priority is to listen to, and understand, clients’ commercial objectives in implementing their share plans. She works closely with clients to design plans around those objectives.
Share plans can be complicated. Kerrie understands the importance of supporting clients by breaking down potentially complex scenarios into more straightforward solutions and processes.
