About Zoe Morton
Zoe Morton works in RSM’s risk and governance solution, which sits within the consulting practice. She has significance experience in leading and managing outsourced and co-sourced internal audit relations in financial services.
Zoe’s focus is on consumer credit and conduct risk management, focusing on key pieces of regulation such as the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) Consumer Duty and vulnerable customer requirements. She is also a member of RSM’s internal audit methodology group – the team that supports RSM’s technical function by ensuring our approach to service delivery remains leading-edge in all facets.
Zoe has worked within financial services since 2003 and previously worked within a large high street bank’s risk function, specialising in anti-money laundering controls.
“I’m passionate about helping clients with their compliance over ever-expanding and complex regulation. Whether providing positive assurance, helping to improve and strengthen control frameworks or providing benchmarking insights, I’m there to help. I thoroughly enjoy supporting clients, working collaboratively and having the insight to the sector and how it continues to evolve. I’m there as a voice of support at the end of a phone call or email for clients.”
When not at work, Zoe enjoys spending time with her husband Simon and three children. Zoe loves the arts, walking in the great outdoors and travelling.
