Biography
Zoë Rudling is a finance function support and client services lead – providing financial reporting and business advisory services to owner-managed and private equity backed businesses, as well as large private and international groups. In over 20 years with the firm, Zoë has built up experience in a range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, recruitment, property, and logistics.
Zoë is seen by her clients as a business partner and sounding board – specialising in providing advice to PE backed entities, particularly at times of growth or change, often following their first investment round.
Zoë tells us:
“I see my role as much less about spreadsheets and much more about people.
“I love walking around the shop floor, gaining first-hand experience of how a business operates and getting to know those involved – their aspirations and goals, as well as their business opportunities and challenges. I then combine this knowledge with my diverse industry experience to help them overcome obstacles and thrive.”
When not giving expert advice to our clients, Zoë is a very active member of our 91探花community, recently completing a four-year term on the Board of RSM, as well as being a founding.
Outside of work, Zoë’s family and dogs keep her busy.
