Steve is a partner in our people advisory services team, leading our outsourced payroll and HR consultancy pay and people services. With over 25 years’ experience in HR and payroll, Steve regularly presents on emerging trends and changes within the field, especially when it comes to utilising technology to create process efficiencies.
Steve started his career with an investment bank before moving into retail and recruitment, and then transferring to outsourced consultancy. His 91探花journey began in 2016 when 91探花acquired the HR consultancy business where Steve served as the Managing Director.
Steve’s experience includes developing software to improve the day-to-day experience for company HR professionals as well as their staff. He focuses on providing flexible and practical people management solutions for employers of all sizes.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with his family, including his two young boys who keep him on his toes. He also enjoys keeping active through a range of sports and wellness activities.
