We have successfully advised UK-based calibration laboratory Lambda Calibration Limited on its sale to Financière Esterel SAS, the France-based, EQT-backed owner and operator of calibration laboratories.

The client

Lambda Calibration is a UKAS-accredited calibration laboratory based in Chorley. It calibrates a wide range of measuring instruments for customers operating across a variety of sectors. Its capabilities include dimensional, electrical, pressure, temperature, and torque calibration.

Headquartered in France, Financière Esterel SAS is a global leader in calibration services. The acquisition demonstrates the high level of activity within the calibration sector and presents a strategic partnership for the Group moving forward to enhance its service portfolio, expand geographically and improve operational efficiencies.

Our solution
